Going bald in no fun and in fact it can be a down right pain in the neck. No pun inteneded. The fact is most men will experience some form of baldness as they age. The majority of men will find themselves with male pattern baldness. This condition is caused by too much DHT in the blood system which has a tendency to build up on the hair follicles. This DHT build up stops the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the hair and thus it eventually dies and falls out.
When the hair follicle dies it will not regrow and the only option is to get hair implanted into the bald spot. There are two options you can either use your own hair transplanted from another section of the head or you can use artificial hair implants.
The artificial ones are a new treatment but they seem to be doing very well as a way to cover up a bald spot if your original hair can not be used.
